Meet Sarah

  Kids deserve yoga.​​

The benefits of yoga are many.  Increased flexibility and stamina.  Maintaining healthy joints, muscles and spine.  Controlling high blood pressure, obesity and anxiety.  Increased focus and awareness.  Resilience and strength of character.  Now imagine our children growing up already equipped with these tools for the challenges that life will throw at them.  That is what I aim to instill through my children's yoga practices.  Through a combination of asana (poses), pranayama (breathwork), stories, games and songs, children will develop a sense of compassion, empathy and confidence.  And through the lens of yoga, our children can pave the way for a kinder, gentler generation.
